Letting hosting or domain renewals lapse can take your website and email offline. Renew early through the Ceyora client portal.
Renew hosting
- Log in to cportal.ceyora.lk
- Go to Services → My Services
- Find the hosting plan nearing expiry
- Click Renew or pay the renewal invoice when generated
Renew domains
Domains renew separately from hosting. Enable auto-renewal in domain management or pay the domain renewal invoice when received — typically 30 days before expiry.
Renewal reminders
Ceyora sends email reminders to your account contact. Ensure your email address is current in the portal profile.
Already expired?
Contact support immediately. Shared hosting and domains may enter a grace period — early action prevents permanent data loss or domain release.
