The Ceyora client portal is your central dashboard for managing web hosting services, domain names, invoices, and support tickets. All customers in Sri Lanka and overseas can access it 24/7 from any device.
Portal login steps
- Go to https://cportal.ceyora.lk
- Enter the email address you used when registering
- Enter your account password
- Click Login
What you can do in the portal
- View and pay hosting and domain invoices
- Order new hosting plans, domains, and add-ons
- Open and track support tickets
- Update your profile and billing contact details
- Access cPanel login links for your hosting accounts
- Request plan upgrades or renewals
Forgot your password?
Click Forgot Password? on the login page. Enter your registered email address and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
First-time login issues
If you cannot log in after a new order, wait 5–10 minutes for provisioning to finish. Still stuck? Email support@ceyora.lk with your domain name or invoice number and our team will assist you promptly.
