Request an upgrade
- Log in to the client portal
- Open a ticket under Sales or Billing, or use Upgrade option on your service if shown
- Specify target plan (e.g. Business Core to Business Plus)
- Pay any pro-rata difference shown on the upgrade invoice
What happens during upgrade
- Most upgrades are applied with minimal downtime
- Your files, email, and databases remain intact
- New limits (storage, domains, email accounts) apply immediately after upgrade
Downgrading
Contact support to downgrade at renewal time. Ensure your current usage fits the lower plan limits (disk space, number of sites) before downgrading.
