Domain lock (transfer lock) prevents unauthorised transfers to another registrar. Enable it in the client portal under domain management unless you are actively transferring the domain.

Renew before expiry
Expired domains can stop your website and email immediately. Enable auto-renewal in the client portal or set calendar reminders 30 days before expiry. LK domains may have specific grace periods — do not wait until the last day.
